Hi, I’m Raheela — a somatic coach, breathwork facilitator, and founder of Inner Sanctuary Wellness.I specialise in nervous system-led work that supports you to move beyond overthinking and into deeper clarity, emotional release, and self-connection.With over 10 years’ experience in education and leadership development, alongside certifications in transformational coaching, mindfulness, NLP, somatic healing, and yoga, I bring together both science-backed approaches and intuitive, embodied practices.My work integrates:

• Mindfulness and embodied awareness practices
